Introductions
I am the new wine consultant. Please let me introduce myself. My name is Frank Retell. I have nine years of retail experience in the specialty beverage industry. I have a vast knowledge of wine that I work hard to expand daily. Food and wine pairing is an area in which I excel. C'mon, try me! Here, at Joe's, our goal is your satisfaction. With that in mind, my main goal is to sell you the wine that you want to buy. Not the wine that we have "too much of" or the flavor of the week. I want to get to know your palate, what you like and don't like and help you make a decision based on upon that. If you are looking for a wine that we don't have I will try to get it for you. Come on down to the wine department and see what we have to offer.

Wine of The Month
Each month we will feature at least one wine. January's wine is Warre's Warrior port. There is nothing like a glass of port next a fireplace in the wintertime. This fine port is aged for four to five years and shows a deft balance of massive fruit and vanilla notes. This is one fine dessert wine. Try it with chocolate truffles or with my favorite-honey glazed toasted walnuts tossed with blue cheese. Decanter Magazine and Which?Wine give it a "five star" rating.
