Game Day Buffalo Drumsticks

Great for a Tailgate Appetizer or as an Entrée

Whether you’re eating outside the stadium or in your home, game day foods should be easy to make as it is to eat. This recipe fits both of those needs.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Pat drumsticks dry.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together drumsticks with vegetable oil, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Place chicken onto wire rack and bake until crispy and cooked through, 50-55 minutes. Remove from oven and preheat broiler.
  3. Meanwhile, mix together hot sauce and butter. Toss wings in sauce until coated, then transfer back onto baking sheet. Broil until crispy and golden, about 2 minutes more.
  4. Serve with ranch, carrots, and celery.
